Good communication. The location of the pickup did change but they were in contact with me several days before to make sure that was ok. The boat itself was great and Theo was a great tour guide. Cruising down the Seine in a private boat by passing the other large tour vessels definitely makes you feel good about your decision. The weather was lovely and overall I found the experience to be excellent. I'd recommend splurging on this.
